MY EXPERIENCE WITH BITTER GOURD WATER FOR DIABETES
I’ve wonderful experiencs with bitter gourd water to reduce blood sugar for diabetes.
I’m a diabetic patient. My blood sugar fluctuates above and below the normal range during fasting in the morning. So, I tried with bitter gourd water (my own easy preparation at home in less than 5 minutes) and drank it ( about 20 ml or more) at any time as I liked. To my astonishment, I found that my blood sugar level has gone down to normal range. Now, I feel that my body is refreshing without tiresomeness.
How to prepare bitter gourd water?
Boil about 5 pieces of cut bitter gourd (please see logo above) in about 100 ml of water for about 2 minutes. When the water is warm,I drank about 50 ml to 100 ml either in empty stomach or after food and at any time. I tested the blood sugar using blood sugar monitor and found that the blood sugar level had dropped down to normal range after a few hours or in the next morning .
THIS METHOD WAS KNOWN BY ANCESTORS IN TAMILNADU (INDIA) AND FOLLOWED, BECAUSE BITTER GOURD WATER IS PURELY A VEGETABLE JUICE WATER.
