MY EXPERIENCE WITH BITTER GOURD WATER FOR DIABETES
I’ve wonderful experiencs with bitter gourd water to reduce blood sugar for diabetes.
I’m a diabetic patient. My blood sugar fluctuates above and below the normal range during fasting in the morning. So, I tried with bitter gourd water (my own easy preparation at home in less than 5 minutes) and drank it ( about 50 ml or more) at any time as I liked. To my astonishment, I found that my blood sugar level has gone down to normal range. Now, I feel that my body is refreshing without tiresomeness.
How to prepare bitter gourd water?
Today morning I took about 5 to 10 pieces of cut bitter gourd (please see logo above) in about 150 ml of waterer. Next day morning,I drank about 50 ml to 100 ml of water from the water present along with bitter gourd pieces either in empty stomach or after food and at any time. I tested the blood sugar using blood sugar monitor and found that the blood sugar level had dropped down to normal range after a few hours or in the next morning . I continue the same process by adding water with the same bitter gourd pieces for about 4 days. It is better to keep the cup in fridge so that bitter gourd will not lose its effect. After 4 days, I cut fresh fresh bitter gourd into pieces and start the same process, if I need again. ( Actual expense of bitter gourd is about NOT EVEN 50 cents per session)
THIS METHOD WAS KNOWN BY OUR ANCESTORS IN TAMILNADU (INDIA) AND FOLLOWED, BECAUSE BITTER GOURD WATER IS PURELY A VEGETABLE JUICE WATER.
